What Does My Ice Cream Scoop Have In It?
I have an ice cream scoop that has some sort of chemical inside it in liquid form and it makes the ice cream easier to scoop somehow. Any ideas on what’s in it?

possibly salt water, salt water has a lower freezing point than water, it could keep the metal warmer than the ice cream so the ice cream would slightly melt as the scoop passed through the ice cream making it easier to scoop. possibly
It has carbon di oxide in it because it when came in contact with ice temp. decreses upto -57 C.
