Can I Replace Heavy Cream With Nestle All Purpose Cream In An Ice Cream Recipe?
I am going to make old fashioned vanilla ice cream and I am using a new recipe that says to use heavy cream. I like the taste of Nestle all purpose cream a lot, would it be okay to use the Nestle all purpose cream instead?
I have another recipe that says to use single cream and it turned out okay when I used Nestle all purpose cream instead.
Yes….it will just change the consistency slight. Myself, I prefer skim milk and splenda (instead of sugar)…..works just fine.
